CA Supply Chain Act

BNG Essentials LLC dba DISURI Beauty is committed to conducting business in a legal, ethical, and responsible manner. We expect our suppliers to uphold and adhere to the same business philosophy in their operations.

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB-657) requires retail sellers and manufacturers doing business in California to disclose their efforts to eliminate slavery and human trafficking from their direct supply chains. In compliance with this Act, DISURI Beauty discloses the following:

DISURI Beauty shares with, and expects its direct product suppliers to adhere to, our Supplier’s Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct addresses working conditions for suppliers and explicitly prohibits the use of involuntary or forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, and any form of harassment or abuse.

We have communicated and will continue to communicate the requirements of our Supplier’s Code of Conduct to our direct suppliers, ensuring that materials incorporated into our products comply with all applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking.

Currently, DISURI Beauty does not engage in audits of our suppliers specifically concerning these issues. However, we will consider implementing audits or third-party verification for any suppliers we determine to be at significant risk of violating our Supplier’s Code of Conduct. Should we suspect a supplier is involved in such activities, we will conduct an inquiry. If a potential violation of human rights is identified, DISURI Beauty will promptly address the issue with the supplier, setting clear expectations for corrective actions. If a non-compliance issue is not resolved in a timely manner, DISURI Beauty will re-evaluate its business relationship with the supplier, up to and including the termination of the relationship.

DISURI Beauty maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees and contractors who fail to meet our standards, including those related to the prohibition of slavery and human trafficking.

DISURI Beauty provides training to ensure that our employees with direct responsibility for product supply chain management are knowledgeable about the issues and concerns surrounding the supply chain, including mitigating the risk of human trafficking and slavery.
