Return Policy

At DISURI Beauty, we strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items are non-returnable, including:

    • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products, unless they are defective.
    • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@disuribeauty.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, product defect).
  • Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we may provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If you use your own shipping method, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet: First, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
